Last Call: Oh Snap, InstantPot Makes An Immersion Circulator
I'm not sure how long it's been on the market, but I was not aware InstantPot makes an immersion circulator. I've seen the device sometimes referred to as a sous-vide, though technically—*adjusts nerd glasses*—an immersion circulator doesn't have the actual bath container; it just clips on to an existing pot. Semantics aside, immersion circulators are great because they keep your food at a foolproof steady temperature, producing succulently juicy meat, seafood, and even veggies. If you're really into cooking, especially meat on the rare side, you can't beat one of these. [Kate Bernot]
Oh snap, Dwight is a vampire slayer
This time of year, it's fun to find Halloween-themed things where you might not expect them. Like remember when a bat invaded the Dunder Mifflin office and Dwight became convinced that Jim was turning into a vampire on The Office? Fun stuff. The most wonderful time of the year, everybody.
