Stephen joined The Takeout in 2024 as a food news writer. He is a food and travel journalist based in New York City. His work includes features, recipes, restaurant reviews, travel writing, short stories, and poetry. While at Boston College, Stephen served as the magazine editor for The Heights, the award-winning independent student newspaper, writing and editing culture and lifestyle articles that ranged from long-form, investigative stories to cooking and cocktail columns. In 2021, the Associated Collegiate Press named him a finalist for the Feature Story of the Year.

Education

Stephen graduated from Boston College in May 2024, where he studied English, French, and mathematics. In the spring of 2023, he studied French Literature at La Sorbonne in Paris, France.
