Mathieson has worked in published literature and media for over a decade, writing hundreds of articles that delve into the intricate ties between food and culture. Their love of food has led them in and out of the food service industry and brought them to Static Media in 2024, where they continue to dish up a fresh perspective to audiences across the internet.
