Experience

Kylie has worked as a journalist for almost three years now. During her time as a student, she had multiple internships, including one with EqualPride, writing for its publication, The Advocate Channel. Kylie also interned at Times Media Group before going part-time during her senior semester and then full-time following her graduation in December 2023. As a staff writer there, she wrote for multiple publications in Phoenix, Tucson, and California. Still, she primarily covered Arizona's West Valley for The Glendale Star, The Peoria Times, and West Valley View. Most recently, Kylie worked as a reporter for InMaricopa and InBuckeye, which covers hyper-local news in the cities of Maricopa and Buckeye. She also wrote for American Veterans Magazine covering veteran stories around the Grand Canyon State.

Education

Kylie has a bachelor's degree in journalism and mass communications with a minor in communications from the Walter Cronkite School at Arizona State University.
