  • In 2015, while fishing in Peru, Kaleigh once caught a piranha that the chef then cooked for dinner, and she enjoyed it.
  • As part of her quest to experience the world's greatest foods, she has sampled pizza in Naples, Italy, fish and chips in London, England, and paella in Barcelona, Spain—next on her list is sushi in Japan!
  • She enjoys experimenting with food trends, diets, and recipes, including a short period of being a fruitarian (only eating fruit) in 2019.

Experience

Kaleigh has always been passionate about food and storytelling. Throughout college, she worked at an organic restaurant and later at Whole Foods as an in-store shopper while also serving as editor-in-chief of the school's newspaper and a writing tutor. She has over six years of experience writing for clients in different industries and currently works for a marketing agency creating blogs and social media content for various travel destinations, including Boise, Idaho, and El Paso, Texas. Kaleigh frequently writes about food and restaurants within these destinations and, in May 2024, attended her first-ever dinner show for her client, Pigeon Forge, TN.

Education

Kaleigh has a bachelor's in communication from Endicott College in Beverly, Massachusetts. She also earned a master's in popular fiction writing and publishing from Emerson College online.
