I think Top Chef has just gotten better over the years. I love that they no longer cast or assign someone to be the villian. They all seem like genuinely awesome people and chefs. I also like that, even though it’s probably due to covid, they’ve kind of moved away from making them feed hundreds of people at a time. Read more

As a treat, I’d go get a roaster chicken from one of our local grocery stores, pull the skin off of it and settle it on a plate onto the kitchen floor. The cats would gather around it and gnaw at it while I pretended I was on a discount safari. Everyone was happy.
