Why Restaurant Ranch Tastes So Much Better Than Store-Bought

Americans eat a lot of ranch dressing, so it’s not hard to determine that store-bought ranch and the ranch served at restaurants would be different, and there’s a good reason.
Most eateries don’t use the same ranch we keep in our fridges. They are either making their own or adding other ingredients to pre-made ranch to make it taste better.
Some places will use Hidden Valley Ranch packets combined with buttermilk and mayonnaise. The result of this is much closer to the restaurant ranch than any bottled brand.
