Celebrity chef, author, and restaurateur Bobby Flay is more than familiar with how to cook over a flame. He often glazes barbecue sauce over dishes but makes his own with Pepsi.

Flay told Parade, “Pepsi has that caramel flavor, so it makes a great base for a barbecue sauce or even more so as a glaze.” His latest creation includes Pepsi Peach.

He blends Pepsi with honey, Dijon mustard, fresh peaches, mint, and sometimes chiles for heat until smooth, and brushes it over grilled meats or stirs it into pulled pork.
